This website and the underlying treemap algorithm is provided for non profit research or/and academic organisations only.
The space proportional algorithm for the generation of Voronoi Treemaps has been implemented within the DFG Research Initiative SFB Transregio34 Z1.
For commercial applications please contact DECODON.
For individual access please set up a collaboration within academic research efforts with Jörg Bernhardt.
The idea of comparable treemaps for different biological species was born in Dec 2012 in a collaborative effort of Ron Milo, Weizmann Institute of Science; Wolfram Liebermeister, Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and Jörg Bernhardt, Universität Greifswald.
